ive got mixed feelings about the bikini category its overly sexualised ( this does not take away from the immense amount of work these competitors have to do to get there in the first place) especially with the turn around and bend over pose, if the women have to do it then make the men also do it ... congrats to Kat for performing well

Her novice show was a lot better than mine ! I competed this May in INBA(natural show) Novice classic physique category, it was a disaster I was too nervous 😅 but hey I have rare condition (similar to Epi1epsy) so it's still a bit improvement for me to coming from that to fit. I'll give myself 2 years to grow, around 2026 I should be better, but definitely recommend people to find a good coach if they wanna compete. 💪💪💪💪 Subscribed to her channel because the way Kristen pose is just insane.
